How do I order online?

There are two ways to order online.
Before picture day & after picture day.
If you want to order BEFORE picture day, simple go to: www.studiok.orderschoolpix.com and look for your child's school or activity in the dropdown menu. Choose that, then use the word prepay as the password. Enter your email and you're ready to order.

To order AFTER picture day, you'll need to wait for the orders to be handed out at school. Don't worry! Your child was photographed if he/she was in attendance and will bring home an empty picture envelope with his/her picture and name on it. On the front will be instructions and a black and white photo showing you what their picture looked like. You can then follow the instructions and order and have it sent right to your home. Prices are exactly the same as prepay orders except you pay a small shipping and handling fee to have it sent. There is no option to have it delivered to the school, sorry.


My children live with my former spouse. Can I still order pictures?

This is a situation we run into quite often. Upon the advice of our legal team and in accordance with child safety measures, we can only accept orders from legal guardians. If you are a spouse who does not have physical custody, you should have the party who has physical custody to contact us either by phone or email. We try to verify legal guardianship with the school as often as we can. Please try to understand that we are not keeping anyone from having photographs of their child, simply doing our best to follow laws and guidelines that have been laid down and we ask that you do not request special exceptions. 

I would like to have retakes of my
​child. What do I need to do?

We understand that it doesn't always go right the first time, which is why we take extra time on retake day. We ask a few things on your part:

1. Please return the original envelope with all the original photographs.
2. Please make a note or attach a note TO THE OUTSIDE letting us know what you would like us to do differently.
3. If you simply want a background change, a retake is not necessary, simply return the packet with that note on the front.

Parents are more than welcome to attend retake day with their child and to look at the camera to make sure we get an expression you are pleased with. You do not need to contact us if you want retakes, simply find us at your school on the designated retake day.




I have an issue with my child's picture
​order. What should I do?

First of all, we never make an error intentionally. Our goal is for you to be really happy and put those pictures in a frame and hang them on the wall or hand them out to relatives. We don't want you to have a bad experience. However, if something is wrong, the best thing to do is to email us right away. You can call, but because we are a small business, we can't always get to the phone if we're photographing. Email and provide us with the following information:

1. The child's name & school he/she attends.
2. Your name, phone number and mailing address (so we can send a corrected order to you).
3. The problem with the photographs.

We promise to make it right and to be quick and pleasant in doing so.
