What if my child forgets his/her envelope/money on picture day?
Happens all the time so don't panic. We generally wait a day or two following picture day to process the orders so if your child has forgotten the envelope or money, send it to school the next day. We check with the school for late orders before we begin processing. If it is more than two days after picture day, you will probably need to wait and order online after the orders come back.
If my child is absent on team photo day, can you just "pop" him/her into the photo?
That is something that we do have the capability of doing, however, for several reasons we don't like to make a habit of it. First, it delays delivery of all the other orders until the missing player is photographed and digitally inserted into the photograph - which can sometimes take up to a week or longer. That means all the players who were there are picture day are penalized. Second, in order for it to look realistic, the player needs to be photographed at the same time of day and in the same location as the team originally was. Sometimes that just isn't possible so the digital work looks less than stellar and we don't like delivering a less-than-perfect product. Sometimes things just happen and your player will miss and we apologize for that. We make every effort to schedule team photo days as far in advance as possible. Please do not just assume that we will digitally insert any player as occasionally time just doesn't allow it. Beginning January 2022, there will be a $15 fee to insert a player into a team photo.
